1. App Purpose

TV Express is a neutral BYO (Bring Your Own) media player utility for iOS. The app does not host, distribute, recommend, or sell any media content. You are solely responsible for the sources you connect to.

2. User-Provided Sources

You may connect the app to your own authorized sources using an M3U playlist URL or direct server credentials. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to access any source you connect.

We do not monitor, control, or endorse any content accessed through the app. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality, or accuracy of third-party sources.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the app to access illegal or unauthorized content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the app's security or functionality

4. Intellectual Property

The app, its code, design, and branding are the property of TV Express and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal iOS devices.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
